We need an experienced, free-thinking, programmer

We are looking for developers interested in getting their hands dirty with existing code, and creating their own. This position is responsible for the development and support of Python, Java and PHP applications that will be used across a broad range of business sectors.

Your code will be a part of ERP, CRM, PMP and other management platforms that keep many businesses running. Although each program is as unique as the programmers that created it, a solid understanding of how such systems work and their purpose is essential. As is the curiosity to take coding apart to learn how it works, and the creativity to re-work the code to custom fit the customers requirements.

While not expressly required, it would be beneficial for the developer to be comfortable speaking /messaging with customers to get direct feedback. Due to the nature of the role, we will not require in-office work hours provided deadlines and quality expectations are being met. The role is expected to monitor and maintain the highest levels of best practices as it relates systems development and iterative design.
